Rose St. Spa & Beauty Apparel can ship to almost every country on earth, either via Australia Post or FedEx. Please note that orders dispatched may be subject to duties and taxes.

We recommend that you refer to your local government website for further information on the duties and taxes that may be applicable to your order. Please note, the buyer is responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed locally in your country.

All packages require a signature on delivery so please ensure you provide a delivery address that will be attended during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm), if you are providing a business address please indicate the company name. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we're redirection can cause significant delays and may not always be possible.

Before we can dispatch your order, we may need to confirm details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.



Most in-stock items will arrive 7-21 business days after receipt of your order. Please note that shipping windows are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

All orders must be signed upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. This option is best for customers who prefer the security of a signed delivery. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the parcel will be delivered to your nearest Post Office and a card will be left directing you to the Post Office. FedEx will leave a contact card with further instructions. Please note that if the item is re-directed we may need to charge you a fee.
